Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and through the LedPlayMeter software, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible
The data controller is NGF SOFT, Koru Mahallesi 2621. Sokak, Mavikent Sitesi No:26 · 06810 Çankaya / Ankara · Türkiye. You can reach us about any privacy matter at contact@ledperimetersoftware.com.
2. What this website collects
This site is a static marketing site. It collects personal data in three places, and nowhere else:
- Contact form. The name, email address, company name and message text you type, plus the IP address the request came from and the time it was sent. The IP address is stored only to block automated spam.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-T0NFWSDTG3) to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser and the pages you viewed. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. - Map on the contact page. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information. It is loaded lazily, so it only happens if you scroll to it.
The site also stores one item in your browser's local storage, lpsw-lang, which remembers the language you chose. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and it contains nothing but a language code such as en or tr.
3. Why we may use it, and on what legal basis
Form messages are used only to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to handle the resulting quote, licence or support relationship. The legal basis is your request — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c) — and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the form free of spam (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Analytics is used to understand which content is useful. Where consent is required for analytics cookies in your jurisdiction, that is the basis; you can refuse them with the browser and extension controls described in section 8.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. The LedPlayMeter software itself
The installed application runs locally on your machine. Your media files, playlists, scenes, schedules and play logs stay in the application's own database on that computer. We have no access to them and nothing is uploaded to us.
The software contacts our servers in only two situations. First, licence activation: when you redeem a licence code, the application sends a machine fingerprint (an identifier derived from the hardware, not from any personal account) together with the code and, if you typed one, the licence holder name. Second, if you choose to load the demo content, the application downloads a demo archive from this website.
There is no usage telemetry, no crash reporting to us and no background reporting of what you played. A match can be run with the machine fully offline.
5. Who else can see the data
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the licence/contact database on our behalf.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), for the analytics described above and for the map frame on the contact page.
- Our email provider, through which form messages are forwarded to us and our replies are sent.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Nobody else receives your data.
6. International transfers
We are established in Türkiye and our servers are operated for us there. Google processes analytics and map data on infrastructure that may sit outside Türkiye and outside the EEA, under the safeguards Google publishes for those services (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses). If you would rather not have data leave your region at all, contact us by email instead of using the form, and block analytics cookies in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange, so that we can pick up a conversation where it stopped; messages that turn into a licence or an invoice are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Spam we identify as such is deleted as soon as we see it. Analytics data follows Google's own retention setting, currently 14 months. You can ask us to delete your message earlier — see section 9.
8. Cookies and how to refuse them
We set no cookies of our own. The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and on the contact page from the embedded map. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install Google's official opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not break anything on this site — the pages are static and the contact form works without cookies.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK Art. 11) you may ask us: whether we hold data about you; what it is and why we have it; to correct it if it is wrong; to delete it; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time where we relied on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Write to contact@ledperimetersoftware.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request about someone else's data.
10. Security
The website and the form endpoint are served over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate-limited and filtered for automated spam. Access to the message database is restricted to the people who need it and protected by a password-protected administration panel. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of personal data we hold small on purpose — the safest record is the one that was never collected.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
12. Contact
